"description":"Feature includes membership (pulled in July 2021) and demographic information by census tract. Attributes of interest include: Total CBF Membership, CBF Membership normalized by population; Breakdown of different membership types; and demographic information (population, race, diversity index).  The original data was edited to remove outliers where the # of members and the population for the census tract led to high % of population; this commonly happened in census tracts with low population due to airports, cemetaries, industrial areas, or large parks being located within the tract. All tracts with % > 5 were checked and if the location landuse appeared to be a park, cemetary, or industrial area and the 2018 population was low for that area the % was updated to 0. If the location appeared to be residential and the 2018 population is not low for the area the % was not changed. Using this workflow 10 sites were changed to 0%.",
