Service Description: This feature includes 4 different types of CBF contacts (Advocacy, Event, Teacher, Volunteer) each normalized by 2018 ACS census tract population data. There is also a combined feature that includes all members types normalized by 2018 ACS census tract population data. The member contact points were generated from a data pull from the most recent 18-month contact report. One contact could be counted multiple times between types of contacts. The population data by census tract was provided by Esri using the 2018 ACS (Census). This feature will be used to create score rasters for further analysis. Published as part of the Grassroots Organizer spatial analysis project.

The presidential election data that included number of ballots cast by county was accessed from Townhall.com (via Git Hub: https://github.com/tonmcg/US_County_Level_Election_Results_08-20) and the county voter age population for 2016 was accessed from the ACS (Census).
