The output is a weighted overlay raster with values between 0-1, with 1 representing the best suitability, highlighting areas where there is baseline and community critieria with a focus toward teacher contacts.Baseline - Equal Focus means that Key Districts and IPSOS Segment areas are considered equally important. Community - Equal focus means that Population Growth, Voter Turn-out, and Diversity Index are considered equally important. Geography - Teacher focus means that location of Teacher contact is considered at a greater weight (.8) to CBF Gap in Presence (.2).This raster will be used to determine location of possible interest for grassroots organizing the the watershed.Published as part of the Grassroots Organizer spatial analysis project.
