description: This raster includes data for CBF volunteer contact locations and CBF "gap in presence"; the higher the value, the greater the suitability with these datasets. "Gap in Presence" was given a greater weight (.6) then Volunteer contact location (.4) when creating this raster.Volunteer contact location data was created by taking the location of all volunteer contacts from the most recent 18 month report and normalizing it to the census tract level using 2018 population information. "Gap in Presence" data is defined by taking CBF locations (offices, education sites, restoration project sites) and creating buffers at different intervals; the farther away a location is from a CBF location idenitifies it as a "gap" in CBF presence within the watershed. This raster will be used to create weighted overlay outputs using the baseline, community, and geography criteria.Published as part of the Grassroots Organizer spatial analysis project.
licenseInfo: For use internally by CBF staff for planning purposes.
