This raster represents areas that have both Key Districts of interest and IPSOS population segments of interest; the higher the value, the greater the suitability. Key Districts was considered a greater weight (.6) then IPSOS Segments (.4) in creating this raster.Key District data was defined by CBF office staff in the PA, MD, VA, and Federal office using district boundaries as geographies. IPSOS Segment data was created by correlating IPSOS population segments to ESRI Tapestry Population Segments and pulling segments of interest at the census tract level.This raster will be used to create weighted overlay outputs using the baseline, community, and geography criteria.Published as part of the Grassroots Organizer spatial analysis project. |
