description: This raster represents the difference between Geography Criteria w/ Combined Contact - Contact fous and Geography Criteria w/ Combined Contact - Equal focus; the higher the value, the greater the difference. CBF contact location was given a greater weight (.8) then "Gap in Presence" (.2) when creating this raster.CBF contact location data was created by taking the location of all volunteer, advocate, teacher, and event contacts from the most recent 18 month report and normalizing it to the census tract level using 2018 population information. "Gap in Presence" data is defined by taking CBF locations (offices, education sites, restoration project sites) and creating buffers at different intervals; the farther away a location is from a CBF location idenitifies it as a "gap" in CBF presence within the watershed. This raster will be used to compare with other weight combinations to determine the best weight combination to use for the final spatial analysis product.Published as part of the Grassroots Organizer spatial analysis project.
licenseInfo: For use internally by CBF staff for planning purposes.
